Exchanges

* Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
* Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Refunds

* Refunds are accepted only if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
* If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
* Once approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
